We are waiting for the next release, I saw on your other post that u think it may be Feb 2014 ? blackenator, all the land has Salinity? so does that mean u have to upgrade your concrete slab to accommodate the extra salt? Re: Building in Willowdale 17Jan 06, 2014 6:46 pm Anyone else buying a really small lot ~300sqm house and land package in Willowdale? Anyone think they are worth it for an investment? or has there been any information on what sort of rental return Willowdale will achieve? I'm thinking about doing this, but i'm unsure whether paying $400,000-$455,000 for a small lot with an 18 sq house is worth it. Just after a little bit more advice and what price you think these lots should be. I've heard a lot of investors are buying into the estate, but i don't know how true that is. Would value decrease for such small lots, or are land release prices increasing each time? North Leppington is also expected to be developed with approximately 8000 dwellings in the future i think i read.
