Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Experience with Sett Homes 76Dec 28, 2013 10:08 pm Been a while since my last post. Have a newborn baby now. House completed on time in September. We are happy with the result and after sales service has been good. No major issues found. Builder fixed issues promptly when notified. Happy with how they deal with rectification and the standard of care. We just found one thing recently which needs to rectified .. hopefully in January. Light connection has been installed above stairs but not as a heavy light per the Clipsal plan. Goodluck with your builds! I would definitely use Sett Homes again. I'm at lockup stage currently and am extremely happy with Sett Homes so far. Joe is an honest and reasonable man. Went to site on Monday and they started the ground floor frame, Tuesday they completed the ground floor, Wednesday they started the first floor and by Thursday the frame for the whole house was pretty much completed.
