If no wind 300-400mm high. Anything more than a slight breeze don't spray if your worried about the neighbours and drift. Essentially it won't drift far but if spraying next to neighbours plants use a large piece of cardboard between the plants and where you are spraying and all should be good. Failing that have someone following you hose the neighbours plants straight after you spray. Have done that a few times weith no problems.
