But we desperately wanted those tiles so were prepared to pay. Now that they're done I'm so glad we did as they were definitely worth it to us... Our main floor tile in kitchen, family, meals and hallways are $50m2 and are 60x30. In the ENS the tiles are rectified tiles we know this will blow our budget of control so we have a planB. Our plan B is to use the tiles from the main bathroom which are the same colours but not as nice. We are having black floor tiles and white wall tiles with no feature tiles. Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 713Nov 10, 2013 10:54 am For all you Parkland Heights-sters out there......have you seen the pricelist for the new release? The larger blocks are selling for well up over $300k, and the smaller for well over $200k (for example, 396sqm for $212k). How much has the land gone up? Amazing! It's great for everyone who has already brought ours land value has increase by $70k!! Sad bit is though I was talking to Monika parkland heights finanve lady and she said that the new price make it almost impossible fir the average single income to afford to buy into here now Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 716Nov 10, 2013 11:32 am Woah only the rich will e able live out here now. DH has been waiting for list to come up so I'll send it to him. I got my 658m2 for $200k. I can't believe it's less than a 400m2 lot now Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 717Dec 07, 2013 6:28 pm Has anyone here had any dealings with either Rockingham Flooring Xstra or European Ceramics for both supply and install.....particularly installing a house full of 600x600 polished porcelains? Have been quoted from both with a $1300 difference....really just wanting quality workmanship and reliability with whomever we go through.... Just haven't really heard much about either ......any help would be great! Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 718Dec 08, 2013 11:31 pm So I haven't been here since May!! Good to see so many people in their stunning new houses. Sadly, we are still not in our home 13 months after signing contracts. We are now officially running over the completion date we were given and now won't get our keys until next year but I am just glad to see the end of the process and cannot wait to get in. Just thought I would say hi and say congrats to those who are now living in their dream homes Building 'The Flinders' in Heritage Park 27/11/2012 - Contracts Signed 22/05/2013 - Unconditional Financial Approval 21/06/2013 - Settlement on the Land 22/07/2013 - Slab Down 08/11/2013 - Lock Up Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 719Dec 09, 2013 7:46 am Hi misskell87 I am building in heritage park too! Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 720Dec 16, 2013 7:09 pm Have any of you used Brikmakers Granite collection 'Pebble Beach' for your driveway? We are needing a few more, we have enough to extend driveway but not sure bout enough for path/steps. We don't need a whole pack so looking to buy some left overs from someone instead:) 4 14454 |
