As far as I know it's just going on the roof. I think the only restriction is making sure it's located on the roof that it's not visable from the street... We are getting our house with structured cabling/smartwire setup and just curious if anyone who is doing this is also installing an in-roof antenna? (how does this work with a steel colorbond roof??) or does Corimbia have underground cabling for TV? Hey Pixel, hubby is an electrician and he doesn't think it will work properly in the roof. We have a colorbond roof and we have bought a very slimline panel antenna. http://www.matchmaster.com.au/CatalogueRetrieve.aspx?ProductID=663934&A=SearchResult&SearchID=6668284&ObjectID=663934&ObjectType=27 Eventually you will be able to get TV through the NBN, but this service isn't currently offered and we're not sure how long we're going to have to wait, hence getting an antenna now. Feel free to drop by our joint this weekend if you want to have a chat to hubby. He's currently finishing off our electrical so we'll be there most of the weekend. We're just off Biltmore Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 396Oct 28, 2013 10:01 am Thanks for that info guys, gotta query intelligent homes on what the dealio is on that antenna and twiggens that antenna you guys are getting looks very interesting thanks I'll look into that option (never knew those things existed). Oh didn't end up getting a chance to go to the estate this weekend was tied up with friends baby birthday parties. But will have to drop around and say hello next time we are there. BUILDER SUMMIT HOMES | DESIGN THE MONACO 248 » Our Build Thread Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 399Nov 07, 2013 9:00 am What has everyone done about soakwells? We are doing it after the builder has finished but having troubles deciding between the concrete or polypropylene ones. Some of the installers are recommending the polypropylene ones and saying they are better but I am unsure if that is true or if they are easier to install or they make more money from them The polypropylene ones are significantly cheaper (around $400 ish) and apparently have 50% better water flow and also can with hold as much, if not more traffic. Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 400Nov 07, 2013 10:28 am Good news about your titles.. the magic can happen now We had our soakwells done through the builder.. we have the concrete ones.. i have heard more and more about the polypropylene ones and all seems to be good news.. no issues yet for them but its only been a few months??
