Building a Wisdom, Newton 24 - happy to share the process

Congratulations!!! You'll needs some patience while you are in admin but I'm sure you'll be happy with your choice of builder once you get those keys. Enjoy the building journey

I just realised it has been 4 months since my first excited post ! So far we have managed to get 3 tenders and three sets of plans (due to lots of minor errors) but now we seem to have a final set completed.

We noticed today someone has commenced building on the lot next to ours at Heritage Heights, and this helps us to plan what the retaining walls will look like.

Still struggling with Bricks (we like Bowral Blue) and continue to look around at completed homes for ideas.

Went to The Ponds display today to see the Newton 24 they have there, as it is "handed" the way ours will be laid. To be honest, if I had seen this one first I may never have looked at another Newton. The colour scheme in my opinion is terrible - but it takes all kinds. Compared to the clean light colours at One Minto, the display home at The Ponds does not do this home justice.

Anyway, just about to sign contracts (if the bank gets it's finger out) and we can then get underway.

Congrats on your decision to build a new home. In line with others, the admin process could be a bit slow with WH. We have been presented with the first copy of our tender exactly a year ago. In all fairness there was a delay on our side for about 6 weeks in between. We are now in a position to start the construction in the next 2 weeks.

My partner and I are first homies and looking at building the Newton 24 (with Butler's pantry) in Georges Fair. We have been dealing with George & Rebecca at Minto who have been great but we are really struggling with choosing a facade! Would anyone care to share a photo of the finished facade they chose? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
