Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 341Sep 15, 2013 10:50 am I like the colour tone of Dune though, not as dark the colour swatches depict. Gonna have check some more displays today. Really never took notice of these things until now LOL so focussed on how inside the house was gonna look. BUILDER SUMMIT HOMES | DESIGN THE MONACO 248 » Our Build Thread Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 342Sep 15, 2013 2:22 pm We thought the swatches made it look quite creamy which put us off a bit, but it is really light and bright once you see the whole roof, which is what we wanted. Our neighbour has surfmist so you can clearly see the difference, but they both look equally good in my opinion Can't go wrong with a light coloured roof IMO. Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 343Sep 15, 2013 7:38 pm Was just in the estate today and actually noticed alot of people went with colorbond, the light colours I did see were all great, for me they're pretty hard to tell what colour they actually were apart from surfmist which is quite obvious. At the moment i'm swaying toward Dune as well, I read somewhere else that its less warm than its depicted in swatches which is what I was after. BTW saw that burnt/rusted car...its out of the park now, its now the corner of Malmaison/Huntington, nice feature Haha BUILDER SUMMIT HOMES | DESIGN THE MONACO 248 » Our Build Thread Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 344Sep 16, 2013 10:37 am Im getting colourbond surfmist.. im hoping we have the colourbond moment this week when roof is meant to be completed but we will see.. i wonder when the car will be removed.. i had a looksee inside the houses for sale and they are pretty big and spacious.. BUILDER SUMMIT HOMES | DESIGN THE MONACO 248 » Our Build Thread Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 346Sep 16, 2013 11:25 pm Looks like we've gone against the majority we are having black shingle tiles. We wanted colourbond for our first build and had to pay for the upgrade from tiles..this time we wanted tiles but was an upgrade from colourbond so we didnt want to pay extra.. not sure how that happens but i do love colourbond so didnt really mind Home Group WA Monte Carlo Timeline on Page 1 Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 351Sep 17, 2013 6:37 pm Tiles do have a certain elegance to them Butterbing and MinaM, we had tiles in our old home but gonna try something new with our first build. Just hope our brickies are as proficient as yours Nicci BUILDER SUMMIT HOMES | DESIGN THE MONACO 248 » Our Build Thread Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 352Sep 17, 2013 8:05 pm We never even consider colorbond we were always having tiles. The three houses we based our front elevation and colour scheme from all had colorbond even that wasn't enough to make us consider it... It's not even that we don't like it we just never considered it.. It was one of the easiest decisions to make black shingle tiles check.... Lets hope it wasn't one of those oops decisions Design by Greater Concept - modified version Evolution Court Build by Premiere Homes My build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64854 Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 353Sep 19, 2013 3:10 pm thanks Are there any good doggy parks close by? should be recieving titles soon!! Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 354Sep 19, 2013 9:39 pm Lol I heard there was a very doggy park with a burnt out car lol or was that a dodggie park At the moment the best park for dogs would have to be the one near the sales office as its has some nice grass...big enough to throw a ball etc the new park looks like there isn't much grass but once they extend it towards gnangara road it should be great for dogs Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Design by Greater Concept - modified version Evolution Court Build by Premiere Homes My build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64854 Re: Stockland Corimbia, Landsdale 355Sep 19, 2013 11:35 pm I highly doubt you would have done an "oops" moment Butterbing, following your thread, you've left no stone unturned you guys know what your doing Well we just got our appointment for Prestart, In a couple of weeks! #happy #nervous #unprepared wow!
