Hey T, as much as we looove our fireplace, we would never build without aircon, you would never be able to sell a house without it out here, regardless of how cool in summer and warm in winter it is.

I think I took the photos with the camera the wrong way round (maybe?) like I said - having a blonde day - so maybe I just need to go take more photos.
