What little things do you need fixed up? Thankyou Zub it is very exciting. There is not much to fix, a couple of marks in the walls and ceiling, the electricians forgot to put a separate switch for the pendants in the kitchen and a panel in the kitchen island bench need tightening but that is it. When we were there the SS had his maintenance guy waiting so he could fix any issues there and then and also the kitchen guy showed up to fix the kitchen issue. Not sure what advice I can give, the whole inspection went pretty quickly. I would definitely say make sure you bring up all of your concerns and even though it seems overwhelming try and look at everything. The good thing is you get a 3 month maintenance period for any issues that might get missed Re: Hickinbotham "Coast Estate" Seaford Rise 317Aug 27, 2013 7:54 pm Very helpful tips, DavCar. I'm so excited for you. Hope you'll post pics when everything is final and you have keys. Re: Hickinbotham "Coast Estate" Seaford Rise 318Aug 27, 2013 8:22 pm Thanks Lucinda! I look forward to being able to post more pics Re: Hickinbotham "Coast Estate" Seaford Rise 319Aug 28, 2013 9:36 am How easy were they to deal with in booking a time for PCI. My hubby is a teacher and I'm worried we will find it difficult to get a time that suits us for PCI as we both work 40kms in opposite directions from the house. We are also thinking of bringing an extra set of eyes with us, just in case we do miss something... good idea? We are also thinking of bringing an extra set of eyes with us, just in case we do miss something... good idea? I think an extra set of eyes is a good idea, it is definitely a lot to take in. We were watching the progress most days so we pretty much knew what needed extra attention and Like i said to Lucinda, you get a 3 month maintenance period so if anything is missed they will come back to fix it up. I assume you would have the same SS as us he was really easy going and im sure he would be willing to work around your schedule Anybody know any good and reasonably priced Air conditioning contractors/companies that could install a ducted air conditioning system in the Central Coast NSW for a small… 0 9915 |
