That's why I used it "once". I bought a house that had the skirtings done with it. Some of it I scraped off with a spatula (nothing else). I've had to scrape and repaint all of them. I love the finish on full gloss oil based paints. It's really worth the hassle. I through rollers away after use but a good paint brush is worth it's weight in gold so make sure you get one and clean it properly. I still get it recommended to me in the likes of Bunning etc. Some of the workers there have never painted anything in their life. Do you mean what brand? Any decent paint brand is OK.
