It was really pretty with green leaves that were purple underneath and seemed to spread outwards more than grow upwards. According to the label it also has white flowers when in season. I say "had" as the recent ridiculous amount of rain we've had in Victoria has waterlogged and killed the poor thing! NB however that google tells me it can cause allergic reactions in dogs (and I'm gonna draw a conclusion from your profile picture that you have at least one!) so maybe you would rather something else. My other suggestion would be a silver bush (convulvulus cneorum) which seem to be hardy, have nice white flowers and are hardy. Hope that helps All grist for the mill Grom ... A bit of salt air, plenty of sunshine, warm winters (mostly), sandy soils, and the occasional tropical downpour - for days. But - can go for weeks with no rain. Hot summers. Also maybe pigface if you prefer succulents, or gazanias if you like daisy type flowers.
