Thank you i'm trying to make my house as unique as possible. Simonds makes it so easy. I too am trying to follow the other simonds builds although most of them are in SA. They seem more popular there than here in Melbourne and honestly were not on our radar when we started the build. I am so glad we found them. Decorate your home. So today we went out and finally finalized our purchases and paid the deposit with E & S Trading. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they match a HN quote but blew it out of the water. The deposit is about 10% higher than what HN asked for but really does it matter when all is said and done it will all need to be paid for. Here is what we selected Our Main Kitchen Oven: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ we are also waiting on the matching range hood These are our 76cm double ovens. I am not sure if they will be going in the butlers or in the main kitchen. What I love about it is since you cannot see the mode it is in on a screen or how much time is left on it via a view screen it projects it on to the floor. When you do get quotes from multiple places and let them go at it. I got a quote from E&S with a promo they were having. HN matched it and the E&S went even lower. The Big black oven was originally 8k we only paid 5.5 i think maybe less. I don't have the paperwork with me. I'm pretty sure i could have got it lower had i not been tired of driving back and forth.
