How has the experience been for you? It's all a bit of a mind field, and it seems like the more we look, the confusing it gets!! Any pointers? ta! Re: Perth Home Builders -Ceiling and render painted! How has the experience been for you? It's all a bit of a mind field, and it seems like the more we look, the confusing it gets!! Any pointers? ta! Hi LP2012, Rosmond Homes/Perth Home Builders has been great throughout Any enquiries are replied to promptly, and I havent had any issues with response times or build quality so far. There has been some minor details missed, but all has been attended to promptly. If I'm building a bigger second double storey home next time, I won't hesitate to go with Rosmond Homes / Perth Home Builders. You can also get Bradster's feedback who is building with Rosmond Home at viewtopic.php?f=31&t=58348 I have walked away from another builder (paid some deposit too!!), and went on with PHB because of the confidence they give me, of course the house design also had an impact Why not set up an appointment with them and see if they are a good fit, you can always walk away if you don't feel comfortable, as long as you dont sign anything My lil two storey build in WA https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=63516 All 3 items listed are defects and are of concern. Water fills up the hole just above the seepage point and doesn't overflow. 1 960 1 2632 |
