The builder next door has dumped his construction rubbish on my block. He is not co-operating with an excuse that the builder next door has dumped it. That builder has already finished construction. I contacted other builder but he is not taking any responsibility. Despite me providing all relevant proof in this regard the council inspector, he says he cannot force the builder to take away his rubbish. Anybody had been in similar situation? Any suggestions in this regard? I am starting construction soon and need a clean site for same. Then do you have enough evidence to proof which exact builder did it? Usually your builder will clean up the site if that's not a lot dumps without extra cost. Some people fence up their lot once it's settled so the builders can't dump waste there. Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2694Aug 16, 2013 8:18 am wondering Have been told Aurora Northern Town Centre will have Coles supermarket and it will be completed in 16 months. Can we believe this. I think you can believe it's going to be Coles, but not sure about the timeline, you can read the minute from the last ACA AGM which mentioned about it http://www.aurora.asn.au/?file_id=112. They would have their poster up once they have finished the temporary fence I guess. Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2695Sep 14, 2013 12:31 pm Hey everyone, Just a quick question, is anyone getting TV signal issues? Some of the TVs in my house won't pick up a signal at all, others can't pick up a couple of channels only (namely 7 and their related channels). Wondering if it's an estate-wide issue, or just something wrong with my house / cabinet. Can't comment as I am using only one TV in the lounge and haven't have any issues apart from in a few occasion the signal was completely discounted but came back within a few minutes. Cheers Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2698Sep 16, 2013 7:25 pm Thanks for the info 3cpo and aurorafrog. I think something's wrong with my TV signal from the cabinet – whether it is the optic fibre "modem" or some other TV hardware. Has this happened to anyone else? What were the steps to get it fixed? Just call the FTTH hotline? Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 2700Sep 24, 2013 10:05 am SunnyDays Hi Everyone, We are planning to move from other side of town to Aurora.
