Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building in Georges Fair or Voyager Point 3Jul 03, 2013 8:47 pm We've recently built at Voyager Point (land adjacent to Heathcote Road, however we are zoned Pleasure Point) and we have been in our house just over 3 months now. Main reason we built here was the larger blocks available compared to what was on offer at the time at Georges Fair. We wanted to stay in the area, we lived in Wattle Grove for 16 years before moving and also have a few friends living at Voyager Point so we were familiar with the area. The main reason for building is we could not find a existing home for sale that we liked and we wanted to upgrade to a bigger home. It is pretty quiet here too, we are away from the road and can't really hear much traffic. Very happy with our new home and location A friend built at Georges Fair and she is quite happy there too We built the Wisdom Majestic 40 - moved in!
