That is always a good start. Ours was over what we expected, but there were some council requirements plus an H2 slab which pushed it over. Mr and Mrs Bigted - how is the house. Photos please!!! Building Stroud 30 in Lake Macquarie Re: Rawson Homes - the adventure begins 460Jun 24, 2013 9:42 pm Tanya07 Im going to get Rawson to do conduit run with bullnose plate for my wall mount TVs. Does anyone know what a standard height is to install my TVs on the wall? Because im installing downlights after handover the extra light circuits & safety switch is a killer!! They say an extra light circuit can hold up to 14 light points. We put ours at 1400 for lounges and theatre rooms for 55" TVs. Bedrooms were put at 1600 for a little more lift and comfort to watch from bed. You may want to consider using a reverse bullnose in lieu as you will have no protrusion. These are great for flat mounted TVs. We had 5 extra power circuits used and 5 extra light circuits used. On top of his we put in a three phase surge protector on the fuse board too for added security.
