Note that I didn't interpret what was in the original post as an extra surcharge over standard; more that these portions of the overall price are OH&S related. Our site-costs breakdown includes a bunch of things which are obviously OH&S related, although they're itemised along with everything else rather than being grouped under an OH&S heading. If there're usual site costs (and they're not cheaper than usual) and this is worded as a "surcharge" ... I guess that's a bit different? I would have thought site toilets, and the like, which are mandatory are in the build price. OH&S is a very specific category, that's why I thought maybe traffic management. It could stretch to pollution, like rubbish maybe... anyway, I would ask.
