An average cost to clean and seal should be in the vicinity of $14-$18/sqm ex GST. This would be regardless of surface sealer or penetrative. Do I believe in sealing, yes, yes I do If you want to ensure that your surface stays cleaner, fresher and more vibrant over a longer period of time then seal. If these things do not worry you, then don't. life span should be around 3-5yrs for most good quality sealers. Don't believe the hype that you can get 20+ years out of them.
