They have agreed to provide the pricing on the options and variations to date prior to PC.
We are holding nothing up. In fact we are streamling the process by ensuring there are no mistakes at PC. Re: Thinking of of building with M3tricon? Look elsewhere!!!! 118Sep 09, 2008 9:47 pm Unfortunately, I have not been in this position so I can't really comment of the way M do things, (maybe fortunately ) but interesting that they don't want to give you any prices to give you an idea of what to expect.
Unfortunately that seems to be the way things are done with a volume builder, and you may want to look at going with a private builder to get the result you are after. It would be interesting to see the cost difference between the two after you were to add all the upgrades to the M house - you might find there is not much difference. Paula Re: Thinking of of building with M3tricon? Look elsewhere!!!! 119Sep 09, 2008 10:30 pm We've dealt with 3 builders before we finally settled with M, but we haven't experienced this.
We were fortunate enough to get quotes within reasonable time. The only time that we had quite a delay was due to major structural changes that we requested. Looks like there are lesser problems with M here in VIC. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Built the Nevada 42 Next project - landscaping! It’s been enclosed. I’m not sure what was removed, as it was done quite some time ago - well before what I can see with photos online… 2 12161 Interested in getting either the Polytec Boston Oak or Palace Peak for kitchen cabinets. Looking at the Boston Oak ones, it appears that the colour varies significantly… 0 11629 |
