Those taps are pretty 2 months? oh dear! but like twiggens said, good to skip the rainy season altogether Re: Premiere Homes build Corimbia Landsdale WA 28May 21, 2013 10:14 am Butter your plan is amazing!!! love the alfresco.. we have the same internal doors.. time will hopefully fly by for us Home Group WA Monte Carlo Timeline on Page 1 Re: Premiere Homes build Corimbia Landsdale WA 29May 21, 2013 6:37 pm The alfresco is just awesome....this was on our must have list our last house had a 50 sqm patio and this was something we weren't prepared to give up. We also always intended to put another pool in but something had to go if we wanted the house exactly the way we want...the positive to this is the alfresco can now go the full width of our block instead of our original plan to have it wrap around. We have looked into a very nice above ground pool and this is still an option if the pool is a must have but still feel the $$$ could be better spent else where Design by Greater Concept - modified version Evolution Court Build by Premiere Homes My build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64854 Re: Premiere Homes build Corimbia Landsdale WA 30May 22, 2013 10:48 am big alfresco was a big for us too.. your entertaining area will be awesome with spa and pool.. we have put a pool on hold for the next 5 to 10 years ahah Home Group WA Monte Carlo Timeline on Page 1 Re: Premiere Homes build Corimbia Landsdale WA 31May 22, 2013 1:21 pm I don't think we will end up putting the pool in though with what it will cost I can take them swimming Lessons for the next 20yrs lol Design by Greater Concept - modified version Evolution Court Build by Premiere Homes My build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64854 Re: Premiere Homes build Corimbia Landsdale WA 32May 22, 2013 3:13 pm I've budgeted a pool in for our build too, but needless to say we have higher priorities at the moment so I doubt we'll be having ours anytime soon Plus, I want a new car! haha Build #2 Builder: In-Vogue Design: Custom 2 Storey Build #1 Builder: New Generation Homes Design: The Monterey My Build Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=60453 Re: Premiere Homes build Corimbia Landsdale WA 33May 22, 2013 6:00 pm Butter, an outdoor spa is equally awesome!
