We're upgrading to a bigger home have just put the 1000 deposit on each the house and land. We're going with the Dunedin 29 . We wanted the alfresco, but have been advised we can't, as it would mean the building takes up 63% of the land which can't be done we just can't go past the floor plan of the Dunedin so will do the alfresco after handover.
