I'm wondering the whole retaining will be within the soil or part of the wall will appear over the land eventally. Any one have the same retaining wall in the plan? However, what it will look like will depend ultimately on engineering requirements. 1.8 to 2.4m is very high I think. Probably best to talk to the developer to find out how they plan to do it.
