Re: Building in Honeywood - New Generation Homes 4Apr 23, 2013 3:00 pm fmac Welcome! Looks really good! How much backyard do you end up with? Can't quite see in picture. My partner and I are cooking on a 300m2 block so yours is huge compared to ours Love the island bench that is free from a sink!! Thanks! We have about 5m of backyard from the wall to the rear retaining wall. We're on a 300m cottage block like yourselves at the moment, so it will be nice to have *some* backyard! Moving the bench was Mrs Jas' idea - one of the issues with our last build was lack of prep space, so hopefully this should sort it! Building the Cosmos with New Generation. Enough for some garden but not going to have to spend all weekend doing it I rearranged our kitchen in an attempt to have as much bench space as possible. Looks like a nice practical home! Re: Building in Honeywood - New Generation Homes 7Apr 23, 2013 6:36 pm Your plan looks great, nice big robe and pantry! We are building with New Gen over the freeway in Hammond Park, definitely exciting Look forward to following your build. Re: Building in Honeywood - New Generation Homes 8Apr 23, 2013 9:50 pm Thanks guys, we really liked the plan and loved the display, so there wasn't too much to do it it. Dexx, check your messages - have sent you details on the bench. Cheers! Building the Cosmos with New Generation. Site scrape and pegs - 25 Oct '13. Plan looks great, pretty sure our neighbours built with New Gen and they were really happy with their build. My Thread viewtopic.php?f=31&t=63545 Re: Building in Honeywood - New Generation Homes 11Jun 03, 2013 11:04 pm Hi Mr Jas,
Your house plan looks great! We are also building in Honeywood, stage 4.4. We have been told that titles should be released in August, which is later than the June date we were told by Andrew of Satterley.....I wish we had your 15m block frontage. As we have a 12.5m frontage we found the size restrictive to the house we wanted to fit on the block. We ended up signing with C0ntent livings floorplan called the Athert0n (which is almost identical to the their Man0r Lake display home). We are a long way off before any building happens, but we happily go to our block to see what progress is going on - and our kids love playing at the nearby parks Hope to hear more about your building process. Re: Building in Honeywood - New Generation Homes 12Oct 28, 2013 1:03 am Hi guys! Sorry - have been AWOL for a few months. The bank dragged it's feet for a little bit and after pre-start we got bogged down with a few other other tasks - such as preparing for a new arrival this week! New Gen. have been great to date. Pre-start was about as painless as we could have hoped for. Nothing was an issue. One or two small items that weren't quite right in our addenda after were fixed without a fuss.
