Nope, although we have been very lucky to have had such a quick start to the build, compared to others. Very thankful. TeamZC Conslabulations!!!! Thanks teamzc apprentice120 hi,thanks for u r post, how is ben trager so far to deal with,we r going with them, not quite sure about their thermal panels for top story, how good r they, have you done any reaserch about them, and also top story slab,(its not a traditional slab, its only around 85 mm thick, what size panels r u going with,75 or 100 there is only around $1000 diff from 75 to 100 mm.u r reply would be much appreciated.thanks Hi! We stuck with the 75mm thermal walls, didn't see then need to change. The thermal walls offer better insulation then usual brick walls (up to 6 x better then brick walls in fact) so have no concerns there. Having a concrete slab was very important to us when looking at 2 storey builder, another company we were looking to go with didn't have a concrete slab to their 2nd storey. Again, the thickness did not concern us. BT have been wonderful, you've definitely made the right decision in going with them What design are you going with? Woohoo!!! Very happy with our face bricks, Brikmakers Loongana, will post a pic soon. I think the specks of grey and smooth surface will go very well with the style/colours of the house. Re: First build - Ben Trager: Bricks started 60Apr 29, 2013 10:14 pm That's great. We're thrilled for you! Incidentally we had the same idea as you about removing the 2nd storey retreat and making the bedroom larger. Great minds! 8 6684 5 7205 Joe, it depends on your certifier but we are noticing the ones we deal with are really cracking down. So i would recommend you follow your approved landscaping plans to… 4 11981 |
