Colours may be a bit "safe" for alot of people but I love neutral and am hoping to jazz it up with soft furnishings. We've signed up with Aveling too, still waiting for contracts What are the colours for your laundry bench top and cabinets? Are they pure calcite and blackened linewood? Re: Blond1e's new Aveling home in Mandurah 16Apr 05, 2013 9:34 am What a laundry, you've gone all out. Love all the storage. WI storage cupboards are also a huge plus. its amazing what we accumulate over the years. And I'm also with you on the 'safe' and jazzing it up with soft furnishings Re: Blond1e's new Aveling home in Mandurah 17Apr 05, 2013 2:41 pm Janicec - hope those contracts come through quick for you - waiting is just horrible isn't it. Yes Laundry cabinets are blackened linewood and benchtop is pure calcite - you must have all your colours etc memorised by the sounds of it Got to site today and they'd done the Grano and painters were painting up a storm so lets hope we keep moving like this. Re: Blond1e's new Aveling home in Mandurah 18Apr 05, 2013 5:25 pm Thanks Blond1e! Yes we've been staring at those colour samples for a few days now. We were going to go with the pure calcite/blackened linewood combo for our laundry, bathroom and ensuite, we're wondering if the blackened linewood might be too dark. You rescued us!! Yours look great!! I do hope we get our contracts soon, it's been 5 weeks since we signed up. Looking at Happytaurus's thread, I wouldn't expect that to happen any time soon. Good to hear things are moving along nicely for you. Look forward to seeing more pics, it's looking really good!!
