I will be living in it with 2 other room mates paying board. Most of the contents is theirs so I will only want to get home insurance ( not contents for now ) My home loan bank I'm with is CUA – I will first call them and ask, do me a good deal because I am with you guys for the loan What other companies can anyone suggest for me and suggest ones to avoid completely?
