I will be living in it with 2 other room mates paying board. Most of the contents is theirs so I will only want to get home insurance ( not contents for now ) My home loan bank I'm with is CUA – I will first call them and ask, do me a good deal because I am with you guys for the loan What other companies can anyone suggest for me and suggest ones to avoid completely? My house cost me $175,880 to build complete and my land was 175k so I am assuming they do not insure any cost for land just the home value which in my case is $175,880 ? Not back peddling at all.
