Our company has placed a significant volume of loans with them over the years and the general feedback we've had is that don't necessarily offer a superior level of service to some of the similarly priced alternatives. You may benefit from checking out some of the credit unions and building societies at present, as well as some of the smaller ADIs (https://www.naritas.com.au/widgets/rate ... #construct.) as they are often pricing a little sharper than the major banks. For example, our company is offering an excellent deal with Newcastle Permanent (NPBS) at present 3.99%p.a. (CR 4.35%p.a.) with up to a $2000 settlement rebate (https://www.naritas.com.au/latest-news/ ... -cashback/). NPBS have been consistently cheaper than Suncorp over the past decade (https://www.newcastlepermanent.com.au/a ... D35FAD1C74) and offer construction facilities at the price listed above. Hope this helps.
