Hi all, I just received the paperwork from my solicitor after the settlement (2 weeks ago). Basically, it was a letter confirming the settlement and: 1. The front page of the purchase contract (the same that i signed initially) 2. Copy of transfer (very simple form with stamps from the Office of State Revenue) 3. Copy of title search 4. Copy os stamp duty notice of assessment (noting that has been paid in full) As, the process is different in my country, I would like to know if those documents are enough or I need to ask for something else. thanks in advance Can anyone give me any onfo on New Homes WA? Good or bad, hopefully good just need to know if my choice was good or not? Thanks ❤️ 0 8950 So it looks like we finally have some movement on site!
