Afternoon all,
Wife and I are due to sign a contract of sale for a block of land tomorrow and hand over the 10%.
I am now having a mini freak out wondering if we are prepared enough. We have no idea how tomorrow goes.
Do we sign the contract or take it away for our conveyancer to look at then sign it once she gives the thumbs up? Or do we sign it and get her to look at it during the cooling off?
She looked at a s.32 for us and there was a contract of sale attached to that and she did recommend a clause to be removed so does that mean we are good to sign.
I have tried googling as I have no ideas of the process and all I could find were horror stories that add to the anxiety.
Any advice would be greatly received. As I don't want to muck tomorrow up!
