Now we told that we no longer need the provisional allowance and we have taken out the flooring. Now as a result we are under the cap and have been given a post contract variation. The question is, are we now eligible for the fhog? Any info is appreciated. If you have recently made amendments to your building contract, taking out the flooring & provisional allowance reducing your building contract price plus value of land to below 650k - you eligible for the NSW FHOG considering you can satisfy all other criteria. You will just need to send in your updated Building Contract to your Lender and/or the OSR, when submitting your FHOG application.
