As we have never done this before, is anyone able to give as an idea or some direction as to find out how much we'll be paying for utilities? We are a couple, going to be living in a 32sq home with natural gas for our hot water and cooktop and electricity for the usual things. Our gas bill will be around $200 - $250 per quarter and electricity bill around $300 - $350 per quarter, based on previous similar homes we have lived in. Water will be around $200 - $250 per quarter. Hope that helps for budgeting purposes a little.
