Anone used this software - mortgage watchdog

I bought it, and sent the letters etc to Cwealth bank, who refused to pay out saying they'd never heard of Mortgage Watchdog. I contacted the owner of mortgage watchdog who said he would check on my calculations, but I never heard back from hom or got a resolution after heaps of emails and 2 phone calls. I tried to claim the money back guarantee and got no reply there either.

My uncle purchased the program, he says it works ok but he hasn't found an error big enough to report.
