We don't want to undercut our own family, we just really want the house so want to do it really fairly. Anyone have any idea how much these people cost? Re: How much should I expect to pay for a property valuation 2Nov 01, 2011 9:05 am I'm not 100% sure, but through a bank I paid $220 and $120 for the two valuations I got. If you want an inspection, including checking the house condition and a written report et cetera it will of course cost a lot more. Re: How much should I expect to pay for a property valuation 3Nov 01, 2011 4:22 pm Depending on the value of the property together with its location will dictate how much they will charge but for an average metropolitan located residential property anywhere from $175 up to $350 plus GST is my guess. Best to phone a couple of licenced valuers in your area and ask for a quote and their ability to complete it in a time frame that suits you. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16146 Ask for some kickplate to be added and also for tradies to be requested to use lanyards on tools on that side of the building. Be respectful and have the discussion… 1 1690 |
