I'm not that hopeful but some of the gurus here might be aware of one. I'd just like to run some simulations where I enter in land and house price together with draw down percentages and timeframes. I could create something like this in a spreadsheet but I don't want to reinvent the wheel. I haven't seen any calculators like that out there. Note that most lenders have interest only repayments during the construction phase, so it is pretty easy to work it out.
