Hi all,
We signed a contract to buy a 450 sqm land in Narre Warren (the border in Narre Warren and Berwick) for $456k and applied for the loan with CBA. But CBA valued the land as worth for $200k which is ridiculous because we have been looking for a land around the area for about 6 months now and couldn't find one single block close to that price..
Anyway the lending manager has reappealed to the valuation team with evidence of sold properties around the area for prices close to our price and more than that but those properties are bigger than our block..
Thinking of going to another lender but ANZ broker rejected to process our loan since My husband is still in probation in his new job...Do you guys think that this will be an issue even if I go to another lender and at the same time really appreciate if you can suggect a good broker who will be able to think about a solution for our issue...
