I am a first home buyer/builder and have registered for Keystart "first start" shared equity scheme loan. Its been a while but i havent heard anything from them yet. If i call all i get is "why are u calling ? u have already registered!" I am a little worried and lost as to how to proceed now? should i just wait for them to respond ? I have started to look at builders and we have chosen one that we like. we are worried abt signing up before we get our pre-approval letter from keystart . ANyone gone with keystart shared equity scheme before ? How does the process work? How long does it take? am i the only one waiting so long??
