The larger bills usually give you a month to pay. Have your money earning interest instead. However, that individual recently declared bankruptcy and joined the army . ADF personnel receive other home loan benefits but they are only available through few lenders including NAB, Defcredit etc. ADF personnel need to apply direct to lender for their special loan. Bugger, oh well i suppose we cant really complain, We are getting the NAB Defence loan but was hoping to save the 3.5k in LMI also. Living at home makes this possible out of our allowance we have to budget for bills now christmas presents petrol ect. and if darling partner decides to blow his at the pub well thats his choice. But this has worked really well its how we got our deposit, paid off a car loan and credit card debt and now onto saving for furniture. We bought this property 21 years ago for 140k She was on the title for 20000 that she gave us, then a third share (less than but was easier that way). Then feb before last we had to fight in the SupCrt( 1 year) to keep the place (legals are such fun times), as her dear son poofed his way through the rest of the family fortune which wasn't much just a few houses 1/2 doz cars couple boats and prolly couple mill. Good effort I though, since we were going through a boom, useless fagot! He loves thialand . So yes we don't appreciate the effort, she did, to effectively crewl us at 50 for a 700000 mortgage.
