Is there anyone else in this situation?
I feel that this is unfair, does anyone know of anyway around the fact that i am eligable but my partner isn't?

From my understanding of the grant, the only way to get the grant is if both you and your partner have never owned a property regardless of whether they are involved in the purchase or not or listed on the title. Why not give your office of state revenue up and ask them directly? That's why I asked if they were living together. They only consider you having a partner if you are in a domestic relationship. 4 14302 Unless there is something in special conditions the builder does not have to give you timeline.
