Browse Forums Home Finance 1 Apr 14, 2009 11:36 am Hi All, As some of you might know ... we are awaiting unconditional approval from CBA. Our settlement date is May 6 and we get a 5k rebate if we settle on time. We were counting on the rebate and another 5k will make a huge impact on our budget. I am getting sleepless nights just worrying about a late settlement. Could someone please advise what are the next steps once unconditional approval is granted and how long it takes from approval to settlement? Any ideas on current CBA processing time? Once you have read and are ok with them, sign and return to CBA. Settlement will then be booked by your solicitor or conveyancer. CBA are fairly slow still but May 6 should be enough time to settle.
