Good luck to everyone with your valuations. The pain over the long weekend has been unbearable Re: post Easter valuations 16Apr 13, 2009 10:56 pm hornet18 Guys, Our valuation "take two" is due back tomorrow! The pain over the long weekend has been unbearable Is the same bank doing a second one? Re: post Easter valuations 17Apr 13, 2009 11:42 pm Hi Aimes, Yeah same bank, but hopefully this time they can organise to give the valuer all the contract . They left out all the documentation with the upgrades to the standard spec of the house. In saying that we are not confident on how they will view the upgrades. A roof is a roof to a valuer and I don't think having a colourbond roof will excite them too much me thinks!!! We are hoping for something closer to the mark though........ R Re: post Easter valuations 18Apr 14, 2009 2:19 pm I wasn't sure which day to expect to hear anything so I emailed my mortgage broker - tomorrow should be the day! -waits- This waiting game was a lot easier when I was flat chat with work... which I'm not so much this week...
