I have a question regarding your soil tests and slab types. I'm in De Havilland (Stage 1) and getting ready to build, and I'm told I need an H class slab, which means a cost increase of $6,600 over an M class. I chased up the compaction report as the top fill is not deep and thought I might be able to have an M class, but the engineers are not being at all helpful. What types are others nearby needing please? Thanks, Posnow PS Who's hosting the first neighbourhood barby?? Shall we say first one with their house ready?? Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6445 Need advice on the backyard plan above. Should I excavate and cut all of the dirt to level with the house slab or semi-excavate as per photo above? Both left and right… 0 24872 |
