One of my customers just experienced this as well. And it certainly didn't help when Suncorp staff lost the FHOG file in the settlements area before they were able to lodge it and then claimed they never received it. I suppose they weren't counting on someone diligently having file notes recording the date of arrival in Suncorp offices. They last saw it in the room but somehow cannot locate it so we had to prepare a new application, get new copies certified and sent it up by express post. Allow plenty of time for the lodgment of FHOG by the lender in case a stuff ups like this occur. because its not being managed properly.
