Browse Forums Home Finance 1 Jan 24, 2009 1:42 pm Hi, we have decided a builder to build a house in Truganina estate. the land is not release yet. but the builder says that we have to sing a contract within two months of his preparing the contract or he cannot hold the contract price. is this normal? the concern that we have is that if we sign the contract now, we only have 26 weeks to avail first home buyer boost and we are not sure if the land will be ready in that time.
