Home loan and landscaping change in price

Hi

We are nearing the end of our home build.
We had to include landscaping and fencing quotes/allowances in our initial mortgage documents. The quotes were accurate at the time over 9 months ago.
Thing is we are now looking to do the landscaping and the quote has risen (mainly because we have made changes)
We ended up paying for the fencing ourselves and going halves with the neighbours on either side.

So my question is.
Can we request the bank to review the new landscaping quote and change it?

Landscaping:
Originally quoted $5500 (for just turf)
Now quoted $11000 (for what we actually want done)

Fencing:
Originally quoted $9000.
Now done for about $3500.(halves with neighbours and different materials used)
