I am trying to purchase a property. I have put down a deposit. The bank got an independent valuation done. it came in as contract price, but bank won't lend me the money because valuer has said that the dwelling is not sustainable for long-term use.
The dwelling is a shed. it is super basic but is designed like a house and has all the things needed to live in - water, windows, toilet, shower etc.. it has been approved since 2004 and is still standing.
mortgage broker is saying if valuer will change their valuation to say it is sustainable for long-term use I wont be able to borrow the money, any suggestions thanks
