Dean Hi Dean, It definitely varies, and if that includes the statement of advice which would sign off on the LRBA agreement it’s not unheard of. I’ve seen similar but I did think the pricing had come down in recent years. It’s a complicated concept which might be facing challenging scrutiny in the coming years so quality advice is advisable. Accountants tend to charge less than that but you need to value the advice of your chosen professional. If you have been using them for a while or their work is recommended you may be more comfortable to proceed. If you have not perhaps you might ask for other recommendations but remember it’s importabt advice and you don’t want to skimp on it - of course you also don’t want to pay more than you need to, I understand.
