It's on it's own driver, no dimmer but on the same circuit as 3 other downlights plus a fan that has two globes in it. After the flashing it settles down and is fine. Any ideas? Is the driver on the way out? This happened when an LED is connected to an existing halogen downlights. I have this issue in the pass and replaced the LED to a Phillips one and it works fine now.
