Dimmable LED lights are widely available, and I would've thought that they'd be the default by now, but there you go. It's easily rectifiable by replacing the cheap LED lights with proper dimmable ones. As a short-term workaround you should be able to just leave the dimmer switch on full brightness. They said they use dimmable led and compatible dimer switch and If I want to remove the dimmer just in case, It will cost around $100. I am going with dimmer switch. I hope, It works fine.
