The first is poor quality LED lights, which I'm sorry to say basically all builders use. $10 junk from China. Second issue is using a dimmer that is not specifically designed for LEDs. If they try and say "it's normal operation" they obviously have no idea what they are talking about, or are telling you fibs Thanks, I requested for details about the LED and dimmer from my builder. They said they use dimmable led and compatible dimer switch and If I want to remove the dimmer just in case, It will cost around $100. I am going with dimmer switch. I hope, It works fine.
